Travel arrangements:
Fly into Great Falls, MT. United, Delta and Alaska are usually the best options for lower fares. Our retreat begins with our opening ceremony at 7:30pm, so for flights arriving in the late evening , we ask that you fly in July 15 and spend the night in Great Falls. Both the Heritage Inn (406)761-1900 and The O'Hara Hotel (406)454-2141 offer discounts for Blacktail Ranch programs, and have free shuttles to and from the airport. The Blacktail Ranch shuttle will pick you up at the airport July 16. It costs $50 each way, and makes a couple runs on arrival day. We will be organizing the shuttle times based on participant's arrivals, so we'll need to know your flight times once you book them.
Check out time on July 22 is by 11:00am, please plan accordingly. Depending on participant's morning flight departure times, there will be two or three Blacktail shuttle trips that morning (starting very early if needed).
