Join us for an inward journey among the majestic trees of the Venture Valley Retreat Center in Northern California. Heather and Cheri weave together meditation, yin and yang yoga and healing practices; balancing dynamic strength building with nurturing self-care techniques. Come walk through the dappled shade and sunlight of the forest; taking time for silence and contemplation in the deep quiet of the redwoods. All levels of yoga practitioner, men and women are welcome.
Near Santa Cruz, CA, the Venture Valley Retreat Center is nestled in the heart of the coast redwoods. Our yoga room is spacious, with radiant heated wood floor, fireplace and a glass ceiling open to the sky and forest. Our wholesome meals (chicken, fish, and vegetarian options) are California-style with an emphasis on fresh organic, local foods. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and a fireplace. Amenities include a hot tub/spa, swimming pool and sauna.

Cancellation policy: PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING RETREAT TUITION: A refund of seventy-five percent (75%) of the registration price paid will be made for cancellation requests received on or before September 1, 2014. A refund of forty percent (40%) of the registration price paid will be made for cancellation requests received between September 2 and September 30, 2014. Refunds are paid by check and please allow 2 weeks for processing. No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after October 1, 2014 (including no-shows).
